About this house rental
Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home located on the golf course in the gated community of Heron's Glen in North Fort Myers. Newly decorated office has a queen pullout sofa. Home has an oversized, screened-in lanai with a retractable lighted awning to provide additional shade while you relax looking over the golf course and pond and sip your favorite beverage. The fully equipped kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. In addition to golf, the development has tennis, pickle ball, bocce, shuffleboard, a new exercise facility and a large heated swimming pool and hot tub available for your use. The clubhouse restaurant, which is next to the pool, serves lunch and dinner and has a full service bar. The house is situated between Fort Myers and Punta Gorda and is convenient to shopping and restaurants . House must be rented for a minimum of 30 days.

I really enjoyed my time at this property. It was very private, clean and included all amenities anyone could expect at a VRBO.
The owners were pleasant and only texted me a couple of times in two months to make sure I had everything I needed.
I would highly recommend this property.

On a scale of 1 to 10 this home is a 10+. The owners have worked very hard to make this property as close to perfect as possible. There was nothing missing. Even the fridge had basic needs to help you 'til you have time to shop. Would return to this spot in a heart-beat. Thank you to the Trotters for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. Bev & Bob
