Great 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home in the gated Herons Glen community. This home has ceramic tile in the living areas, and new luxury vinyl in the bedrooms and den. Split floor plan. Includes living room, dining area, kitchen and breakfast nook. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Pocket sliders from living room and dinette open to a large screened lanai offering beautiful golf course and pond views. This gated golf course community has a lot to offer with it's 45,000 sq. ft. clubhouse featuring a dance floor and stage, and newly renovated dining room and lounge. Also available are heated swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis, pickleball, new bocce and shuffleboard courts, card rooms, library and billiards room. This home was great for my situation. I was in town to work claims after Hurricane Ian and I was spoiled by all the amenities. It was set up well for guests. Carol had everything we needed. Adjustable bed with built-in massage as well as a recliner that massaged. Thanks Carol for a great stay.
