Les Rivages du Soleil- Rivierabookin g-Juan les Pins

L'appartamento si trova in ottima posizione, fuori dal caos centrale di Juan les Pins, ma a ridosso di una delle vie principali che portano direttamente al mare, con tutti i negozi, servizi e ristoranti, ma c'è un apia scelta a pochi passi. Stazione del treno a neanche 10 minuti a piedi, anche se per trasferimenti (in 4) abbiamo usato il servizio taxi con app BOLT a prezzi molto convenienti. La Sig.ra Sabine è sempre stata disponibile ed è venuta personalmente a sostituire anche una maniglia rotta. Letti comodi, con il caldo eccessivo di questa estate, qualche pomeriggio si è approfittato per riposare davvero.

Sinceramente per noi 4 (vacanza di famiglia) è stato tutto ok

Große und saubere Wohnung, gute Aufteilung, sehr viel Grundausstattung vorhanden (es wurden waschmittelpods, geschirrspültabs, Tücher etc), sehr gut organisierter Zugang, sehr freundliche und engagierte Vermieterin

Leider ist die Klimaanlage bei den hohen Temperaturen ausgefallen, sodass es sich schnell in der Wohnung aufheizte. Sabine hat sich jedoch sofort zurückgemeldet und sich um eine mobile Anlage gekümmert

L'appartamento è molto vicino al centro di Juan Les Pins, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e da diversi supermercati e negozi, ma in una zona comunque molto tranquilla e che consente di riposare bene la notte. Siamo rimasti sorpresi dalla gentilezza dell'host, che ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie al nostro soggiorno, e dalla funzionalitá della casa, che è veramente super-accessoriata e pulita, con arredi nuovissimi Viaggiando con un bambino piccolo avevamo richiesto la culla, che è stata aggiunta senza problemi, ed abbiamo trovato a disposizione anche un seggiolone e diversi accessori molto utili (sgabello per il bagno, riduttore per la doccia...) Sicuramente un' esperienza da consigliare! :)

Essendo al piano terra non c'è a disposizione un balcone o uno spazio esterno, ma l'appartamento è comunque dotato di un'asciugatrice che evita di dover stendere il bucato

Apartment was clean and tidy. Great storage space and room to hang up clothing. Clothes iron was accessible. Tower fan was provided for each room which helped combat the heat at night. The shower room was good - there was plenty of towels. There was enough space in the apartment to comfortably facilitate three people. Modern furnishings. Operational shutters for the windows. Comfortable enough for relaxing in the evening. Nice welcome from the host. We also enjoyed that it was short walk to the beach, and very central for Juan-les-Pins. Close to many great restaurants.

Unfortunately, basics like tea and coffee were out of date. Air conditioning unit was present but could not be operated as remote could not be found. A basic hotel would have provided better facilities compared to this apartment (We were left one roll of toilet paper for our stay, and we required to go out and purchase more. We also did not have any laundry detergent provided when there was a washing machine in the apartment). The apartment is ground floor and next to the main entry door into the apartment building, with thin windows, meaning you could hear everyone speaking outside or coming and going. This led to disturbed sleep. Finally, a piece of personal property was left behind, and unfortunately the host was unable to have this recovered even with thorough instructions. This resulted in a loss of property.
