Excellent accommodation, clean, comfortable, perfect location

Very clean throughout, comfortable beds, good air con, modern facilities to feel at home, quiet apartment block at night. Spacious enough for our family (2 adults, 2 children). Perfect location for days out at the local beaches (10mins walk) and plenty of restaurants and shops. Also great for exploring the wider area - Short easy train ride to Antibes old town, Cannes and under 1 hour to Monaco. Overall, excellent accommodation.

Overall excellent, nothing major lacking. A few minor suggestions which could have improved our stay from excellent to perfect - A full length mirror, a step for small children to reach the bathroom sink, a wall clock.

Very happy with our stay!

Apartment is so clean and functional. Great location so close to beach, restaurants, shops and can even walk to old Antibes if you are not bothered with the heat. We did not cook any meal but noticed that everything available if you want to prepare the meals. Sabine was so kind and made sure we had great stay. Overall, very happy!

Lovely apartment with some flaws, however, would have a better experience in a hotel. No value for £

Apartment was clean and tidy. Great storage space and room to hang up clothing. Clothes iron was accessible. Tower fan was provided for each room which helped combat the heat at night. The shower room was good - there was plenty of towels. There was enough space in the apartment to comfortably facilitate three people. Modern furnishings. Operational shutters for the windows. Comfortable enough for relaxing in the evening. Nice welcome from the host. We also enjoyed that it was short walk to the beach, and very central for Juan-les-Pins. Close to many great restaurants.

Unfortunately, basics like tea and coffee were out of date. Air conditioning unit was present but could not be operated as remote could not be found. A basic hotel would have provided better facilities compared to this apartment (We were left one roll of toilet paper for our stay, and we required to go out and purchase more. We also did not have any laundry detergent provided when there was a washing machine in the apartment). The apartment is ground floor and next to the main entry door into the apartment building, with thin windows, meaning you could hear everyone speaking outside or coming and going. This led to disturbed sleep. Finally, a piece of personal property was left behind, and unfortunately the host was unable to have this recovered even with thorough instructions. This resulted in a loss of property.

Didn't get much sleep.

The location was good. A short walk from shops, bakeries and not far from the beach. Facilities wise very good and had everything we needed for our stay.

We found it very noisy. In fact most mornings we were woken up at around 4am by the apartment above moving furniture about and all sorts. We were kept waiting a long time to check in - the apartment was still being cleaned until almost 40 minutes past the check in time, and as we had let the host know we were arriving earlier in the day and wanted to be in on time (or earlier if possible) we were really disappointed with check in time. The beds and curtains need a major upgrade - big dips in the beds and the rooms were VERY light at night, especially the living room so you have no chance of sleeping in there if you plan on using the sofa bed too. There were no coffee pods.

Nice apartment close to transportation and the ocean front.

This is a fully furnished apartment, so we had a full refrigerator, stove, microwave. It worked well for a family of five. It was also in a nice location. We used trains to move between towns and this is a short walk to Juan-les-pins Station. It was also a short walk to the ocean front.

Perfect family holiday

The host (Sabine) was very accommodating to our late arrival (due to traffic delays). The beds were super comfortable, we all slept very well. The apartment was fully equipped with everything and we really felt like home. Shops, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, train station all within 5 minutes walking distance.

Exceptional

The apt. is spacious, VERY CLEAN, newly rennovated with great appliances and comfortable beds, and the wifi connection is excellent. The location was perfect for our purpose, close to the sea, the bus stops and the Jewish district, also close to the residence of the Int. Language School wher our children had classes. A green parc accross the street gave us the calm feeling and the bakery & shops were in walking distance. The host was wonderful, very efficient and responsive through our stay. All in all very good value for money.

Fantastic place to Stay in Antibes

The host was exceptional, as were the facilities and little touches like provision of coffee, rubbish bags and dishwasher tablets. Our flight was delayed and we were still met with a warm welcome.

Finding parking was a bit tricky, but that's true the world over. Always managed to find a spot within 5 min walk or less, tho occasionally it took a bit of patience.

Home away from Home pus beachfront within minutes

Warm welcome from Sabine who showed us where to park to unpack, offered to help with our bags, showed us round the appartment & took time to ensure we were comfortable. Great location, within 5 minutes walk to the beachfront with a huge variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, everything you could need on your doorstep! Sabine also very happy to give any local advice if you would like it.

Amazing stay, Excellent host and a beautiful place.

We were welcomed by Sabine, an amazing host. We had very good contact with her. Also she arranged a late check out, because of our late flight. That was so nice! The apartment is amazing. There is nothing you will miss. Excellent beds and very centrally situated nearby grocery, beach, boulangerie. We were only 10 min drive from Cannes and a 20min drive from NIce airport. I would stay there again.

L'appartement est super joli et très propre. Super bien situé, pas de besoin de voitures, tout est à proximité : plages, commerces, gare.... La propriétaire Sabine super adorable. Elle nous a tout bien expliqué. J'ai voyagé avec mon fils de 17 ans qui a été ravi. Nous avons tout adoré. En fait, je n'ai aucune réflexion négative à faire parce que nous avons passé un super séjour. Je recommande vivement cet appartement et si je devais revenir à Juan les Pins, sans aucune hésitation je reviendrai dans celui-ci. Merci Sabine, vous avez été parfaite !!

Der Strand war in der Nähe.

In der Unterkunft hat es sehr intensiv nach Schimmel gerochen. Ein Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war nur möglich, wenn die Fenster geöffnet waren und quer gelüftet wurde. Nach vier Nächten (von sechs gebuchten Nächten) sind wir in ein Hotel umgezogen. Geld haben wir nicht erstattet bekommen.
