About this apartment rental
This spacious condo is perfectly situated on the edge of Carlin Park, just 1200 feet from the beach! Feel the ocean breeze from your balcony, enjoy a morning stroll across the park, and indulge in Jupiter's beautiful aqua waters!
Our condo is in the Bella Vista community, with a swimming pool, two tennis courts and lovely landscaped grounds. The home is a 3 bed/2.5 bath unit, but we have turned the third bedroom into a sunny reading room overlooking the park. It is two stories, with two master suites, one upstairs and one down, both with their own full bathroom. There is also an upstairs loft that opens onto your own private balcony on the third floor, with beautiful park views!
This condo is a favorite place of ours and we have filled it with our art collection and lots of love! It is fully equipped with linens, appliances, washer/dryer, and beach supplies. We do hope you enjoy our comfortable, relaxed, beachy home in one of the most beautiful places in Florida!!
Short walk to the Twisted Tuna and Portobello restaurants, Publix and local parks. Park Trail is adjacent to the property. Pickle ball and tennis courts are a short walk away, too!

Bob and Christine were the most helpful of any host I’ve ever had at a VRBO; readily available and in touch to be sure I had access and knew where all the keys were. The property location is truly plum; you can walk to a lovely part of the beach that has bathroom facilities and picnic areas, although there is a large parking lot if you would rather take a very short drive instead. Pickleball courts are nearby. The pool associated with the condo is heated and crystal clear. The location, though quiet, is so convenient to every amenity. Publix just down the road. Multiple dining options all around. I had debated staying in Hobe Sound instead, but I am so glad we opted for this location.

Paper thin walls - could clearly hear people talking in next unit . We like to watch a few TV shows after dinner but could hear the TV from the next unit . Had to turn volume uncomfortably high to be able to hear our show without hearing theirs. Some bathroom electrical outlets did not work. No drinking water ( had to go out & buy some ) , no paper towels or napkins. Stairs to unit entrance - paint mostly peeled off & lots of rust. For almost 2K for 4 nights, expected a more upscale condo.
