Przestrzeń w domu, ogród, basen. Pomieszczenia były czyste i przygotowane na nasz pobyt, nie brakowało naczyń czy garnków nawet przy 10 osobowej grupie. Pościel i ręczniki czyste i pachnące. Lorenzo bardzo pomocny i życzliwy- pozdrawiamy. Dodatkowo, położenie willi pozwala na zwiedzanie okolicznych miast i zapewnia spokój i ciszę. Grupa czuła się komfortowo z uwagi na ilość łazienek i sypialni.
Było trochę mankamentów, a mianowicie wyłączające się bezpieczniki prądowe (instalacja w opłakanym stanie), mrówki praktycznie w każdym pomieszczeniu, taras wymagający remontu (deski które nie były połączone z podłożem), osy i szerszenie (gniazda pod dachem i w kominie). Infrastruktura ogrodowa wymaga renowacji. Płatność za prąd którego nie używamy- oświetlenie zewnętrzne ogrodu- powinno to zostać wydzielone lub zniesione i zawarte w cenie. Na jednym ze zdjęć woda dostająca się przez dach w dobudowie. Cena, patrząc na mankamenty jest zbyt wygórowana.
