2-bedroom Nature Heaven Villa with private pool

Nature Heaven Villa is a charming, traditional 2-bedroom villa with a lovely private pool and a serene courtyard, placed among orange and cypress trees in the tranquil, small village of Neriana, 5 km south of the town of Tavronitis and 25 km west of the picturesque town of Chania. A tasteful tavern with Cretan cuisine can be found in short walking distance, while a car is essential for your stay to fully explore the local beaches and the sights of western Crete.

On the ground floor of the villa, a living room area with a sofa corner, an armchair and a satellite TV is provided. A traditional stone arch connects the living room area with the fully-equipped kitchen. A dining table, an electric kitchen, a big refrigerator, a coffee maker, a boiler, a microwave and a dishwasher are provided.

One bathroom with a bathtub with hydromassage, and a utility room with a washing machine are provided on the ground floor.

An internal stone staircase ascends to the upper floor, featuring two bedrooms, an additional bathroom with a shower, and a spacious veranda.

An open bedroom with two single beds and a sofa is offered upstairs. Connected through a door with a corridor, you can explore the master bedroom of the villa with a queen-size bed and a balcony with garden views, the second shower bathroom of the villa, or access the veranda with garden and pool views, completed with a dining table.

Nature Heaven Villa is located in a private plot of about 4.000 sqm and it offers a private pool of about 35 sqm with a children corner, a colorful garden with local fruit trees and vegetables that you can try, including orange trees and tomatoes. The garden terrace offers a barbeque and a wonderful pergola with an outdoor dining table to enjoy alfresco dining with freshly picked Cretan ingredients!

It is located in the peaceful area of Neriana, 700 meters from a very nice tavern with traditional cuisine (Frosinis Garden). In the nearby village of Voukolies (less than 3 km away) you can find a bakery shop, two big local supermarkets (SYNKA, Ariadne), a few traditional cafes and one tavern with Cretan food (Elaias Thea). At about 5 km away, you can explore the small, traditional town of Tavronitis which offers a few shops, mini-markets, traditional cafes as well as a bakery, a butcher, a pharmacy and a patisserie. A little further is the fishing harbour of Kolimbari, famous for it excellent fish tavernas (Argentina), where you can enjoy fresh fish.
