This lovely cottage home is just 2 short blocks to the beautiful Atlantic blue waters in the Crescent Beach area. This great beach house has been smartly renovated and family friendly details make it summer ready. The house is wonderful and full of vintage charm, knotty pine wood and high soaring ceilings. Fresh paint, floors, bedding and furnishings, all fully stocked for you to enjoy. The kitchen has been smartly updated with all new appliances, quartz countertops and everything you will need to make that scrumptious local seafood dinner. You can grill by the pool, or take a break and just pick up take out, after all it is vacation!. There is a large pantry off the kitchen with a brand new washer and dryer set, also offering more shelf space for weekly supplies and extra kitchen necessities are perfectly stored.
In total, there are 4 bedrooms, with 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds and 4 Twin beds. All have new memory foam mattresses. All of your beds will be freshly made upon arrival, with bath linens included, and cleaning provided at departure.
The downstairs guest room with 2 Queens, has its own private bath/shower combo. The downstairs guest room with 2 Twins, shares a bath (shower stall only) with the downstairs King guest room. Upstairs is a private master suite with a great King bed and a single Twin bed. The master offers a great remodeled bathroom (shower only). There is an additional twin day bed, for one extra person, downstairs in the front sun-porch entry area.
The living room area has space for everyone to gather around the large flat screen TV and relax after your busy day. This lovely beach house comes with a huge fenced-in yard and a new salt water pool. Enjoy the surf and sandy beach or take a break and just relax on the pool deck and soak up the sun. The beach access is just an easy two blocks to 25th Avenue.

Enjoy this perfect summer retreat! Bring your bikes to enjoy cruising the neighborhood. You might enjoy renting a golf cart from one of the local companies -- most will drop off and pick up at your location. -- and use it to shuttle back and forth to the beach and around town for ice cream excursions in the evening.
POOL NOTES: The pool will be open and cleaning services continued thru October. Of course on a normal day, the outside temperature (sunny/cloudy) will determine the daily temperature of the water, NO HEATING is available. The pool is appx. 5 feet at the deepest point. * NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE POOL *

If you're looking for pet friendly and beach you'd be hard pressed to find better. Location is terrific -- a quick walk (from someone who doesn't like to walk) to the beach, a fenced in yard for the puppy, a great neighborhood and plenty of room. You'll always have minuses, but the plusses far outweighed. House could use some more ceiling light, and possibly a new heating system for the winter months, but ODVR were wonderful property managers and we had immediate service whenever we needed it.

Amazing! This house was perfect for what we needed! We had 9 People and everybody had a comfortable bed and bathroom to relax in if we were not by the pool or on the beach. The house is charming with beach country vibes and what you’d expect form a rental:)This is an awesome family spot if you have kids, yet not so great for Pre teen, or teens they will defiantly get board! Even with the Board Walk activities in Myrtle Beach. We did have to call management a couple of times and they sent someone right over, to help. The AC stoped working and the roof was leaking onto a dresser, and one of the beds, but Liz and Tracey were right there for us. The beach was also great. Clean and pretty with lots of waves. The house was just a 5 minute walk and if someone can’t make it , or there’s little kids there’s parking right at the beach walk way entrance that’s only 4 dollars an hour, so if you want that ez back and forth for the bathroom or snacks it a no brainer. We actually drove 14 hours to vacation here and can’t wait to do it again next year!

This property is fantastic lots of space for people to sleep. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and baking . No spices but everything else is there. 2 minute wall to cresent beach!!! 5 stars

We had ants in kitchen and bathrooms. Had to try and keep them out of food and drinks. Wish we would have had a tv in each bedroom. For the amount of $ this rental cost you would expect it. Other then that everything was good. BEST PART IS THE POOL!!
