About this apartment rental
Charming duplex apartment (90 m2) above an art gallery (1st and 2nd floor) in the historic district of the city. The cottage is ideally located between the Loire (30m) and the Priory of Charité-sur-Loire.
Completely renovated accommodation with city balcony, independent entrance with staircase leading to the first floor of the gîte.
In the immediate vicinity: bakery (just opposite), rental of electric bikes, tea room, pub, restaurants, craft and designer shops.
Free car parks 2 mins walk. Stop 15 minutes in front of the gîte.
Large living room with library. Two sofas including a rapido convertible (excellent 140x200cm mattress). The living room can be isolated from other spaces by curtains.
Equipment: television, radio, wifi.
Dining room adjoining the fitted kitchen.
Equipment: fridge with freezing compartment, induction table with large oven, extractor hood, microwave, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
Upstairs :
Large bedroom with double bed 160 × 200, dressing table and office area.
Possibility to add a baby bed on request.
On the landing, an alcove sleeping area with 90 × 190 bed and a large dressing room at your disposal.
Shower room with sink, shower and washing machine.
