The apartment is very nicely decorated :
- A sofa bed and everything necessary for your comfort.
- The room is extremely quiet, it overlooks an indoor garden.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with Dolce Gusto Krups coffee machine (capsules not included).
- The bathroom is very pleasant with shower, washbasin and WC
- Fan
⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the equipments in the flat, such as a TV, high-speed wi-fi connection, storage cupboards, fans, bed linen and towels for 4 travelers upon arrival!
🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. Nb: This deposit is also accepted by platforms.

Not far from the very popular Caserne de Bonne in the heart of downtown Grenoble, you are a stone's throw from shops, restaurants and a beautiful park ideal for children.
🚋 To make it easier for you to get to your company, university or family, you can take the E tram at the Championnet stop (50 meters away).
🚗 Parking is possible around the building (subject to a charge during the day except on Sundays) and in the surrounding car parks.

🧹 The cleaning charges also include bed and bathroom linen, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, sheets and towels will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is solidarity housing! All the cleaning costs are paid to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.

Over all, our stay was good. We were comfortable enough & basic needs were met. There’s room for improvement- the bed pillows/bedding/bed could be much better quality; maintenance issues - bedroom closet door was not functioning, and the shower adjuster didn’t stay in place.
The location is very central and easy to walk within the city, close to transits as well.

"To facilitate the work of our cleaning teams, please dispose of your rubbish regularly and when you leave. The rubbish bin is located in the entrance hall of the building (remember to sort it!)"... Sorry, but first time see this kind of request, renting the apartments!
