Het huis ligt prachtig, is ruim en heeft een grote tuin die in de verte op zee uitkijkt. Er zijn genoeg ligbedden en het zwembad is mooi en goed onderhouden (in mei nog een beetje koud). Er zijn veel prachtige steden in de omgeving op rond een uur reistafastand.
De vorige bewoners lieten al het vuil buiten de poort op een manier achter die de vuilnisophaaldienst had laten staan, dus dat hebben we opnieuw moeten sorteren. De keukeninventaris had iets completer gekund. En uitleg over de werking van de airco was prettig geweest. Er waren wat misverstanden over de prijs van bedlinnen en de toeristenbelasting maar dat is goed opgelost.
