About this apartment rental
Lovely apartment with private pool and beautiful views of Cala Galdana beach.
This beautiful duplex rental consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living/dining room, kitchen, two balconies, private pool and barbecue.
On the upper floor, the bedrooms comprise a double bedroom with a double bed that also has a large private balcony offering spectacular views of the sea and Cala Galdana. A second bedroom with two single beds and ample space. Both bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe. On this floor there is also a family bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer.
On the ground floor we find the living/dining room with two sofas, a TV, and an indoor dining table for all guests. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
This floor also has a balcony where you can enjoy outdoor meals with the wonderful landscape of Cala Galdana as a backdrop. The outdoor area of this rental apartment in Menorca consists of a private pool with sun loungers and the same sea views. Casa David is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi.
Casa David is the twin sister of Casa Lluís as they are practically identical and are neighbours, so it can be ideal for two families or two small groups of friends. They offer proximity to each other but at the same time maintain the intimacy and privacy of being able to stay in their own accommodation.
All bed linen and a set of bath towels per person are included in the price. A change of all used towels during the week and the sheets are changed every 7 days and a cleaning is carried out.

The area
Due to the proximity to the Cala Galdana Hotel, in high season there is a show and music can be heard from the apartment from 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
The residential area is family-friendly, very safe and quiet, in its commercial area it has a wide variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, water activities and leisure such as boat, vehicle, kayak rentals, horse riding, cycling etc.
It is located in a natural environment, ideal for walking for example along the Barranc d'Aljendar or walking along the Camí de Cavalls and discovering Cala Mitjana (15 min walk), the charming and virgin Playade Trebaluger (45 min) or Cala Macarella (35 min).
Its position in the south-central part of the island of Menorca makes it ideal to reach any point of the island more easily.
A few minutes from Casa David there is a bus stop that offers a good service during the summer and reaches all the municipalities of the island, so car rental is not essential, although always recommended on an island like Menorca where there is much to see, and especially if you want to access more easily different outstanding corners and the virgin coves of the island.

Apartamento con excelentes vistas a Cala Galdana, cumplió nuestras espectativas, buen servicio y atención por parte de Joan, un lugar estupendo para pasar unos días de vacaciones.
Eso sí, a tener en cuenta que no es apto para personas con movilidad reducida por las numerosas escaleras de acceso.
Nosotros volvemos seguro.

We enjoyed our stay in Casa David again this summer. It has become our 2nd home. We visited different parts of Menorca and planned to stay new places but we cannot stay away from Cala Galdana thanks to Casa David (or Casa Lluis). Together with friendly, honest and professional Sonnevillas service, this accommodation is hard to beat. Muchas gracias and hasta luego to all the staff of Sonnevillas.

We booked a last minute trip to Menorca. Booked flights and apartment on the Sunday and arrived Tuesday! Juan helped us check in and gave us lots of tips of where to visit and eat (there is also a very informative pack in the apartment). The apartment was wonderfully clean and had views to die for. We had a lovely romantic break. It couldn't have been better!

POSITIVE:
- Cala Galdena is a good place to join nice beaches by foot (Cala Mararella 45 min from the appartment) and Cala Mitjena (35 min from the Placa Na Gran
- Very close the Cala Galdana main beach and all commodities)
- main terrasse benefits from shadow all the day
- swimming pool (but with ovelooked from the 2 neighborhood appartments)
NEGATIVE:
- Hotel very near with music all nights from 8:00 pm to 10:45 pm (too loud)
- poor cleanliness of the appartment
- air conditioning only upstrairs in the corridor not always sufficient and oblige to keep the doors of both bedrooms opened
