The BEST location on the strip in downtown Gatlinburg. No where else can you find a condo like this so close on the parkway. Views of the attractions, mountains, and the strip can be yours.
Park your car and walk to all the local attractions; no need to find and pay for parking.
Take in shopping, moonshine tastings, or take the tram to the ski lodge. Convenient location in walking distance to the convention center and lots more!
Our home is 500 sq feet with a large bedroom (no door), and kitchen/living room. For the location and price this condo cannot be beat. We are 1 of 2 1 bedrooms in this complex. No need to pay the higher price of the 2 bedroom if you’re coming with a smaller family.
What is provided:
We provide 1 towel and wash cloth per guest listed in the reservation; if this is not enough please bring your own.
We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels per reservation. Please bring extra if this is not enough.
Daily maid service is not provided.

Enjoyed our stay again! Great location for what we came for. The coffee maker was broken & the host was quick to replace it! Only thing was the elevator by the pool wasn’t working most of the time.

We stayed in this location so we could walk to and from in Gatlinburg. The elevator to the ground floor was broken and climbing the hilll up the drive was extremely difficult.
