Beautiful apartment with air conditioning, balcony and underground garage

+ excellent location + comfortable bed (although the mattress will die soon) + garage parking

- radio in bathroom that turns on automatically once turning on the light (even if you turn the radio switch of manually before). It's rather annoying at night. - getting the keys and remote was a little complicated and not properly explained in their message (particularly the remote drop off and garage exit), also it was only in Polish.

Well furnished apartment, plus it has a balcony. The location is very good.

The only thing I didn't like was the cleanliness - the sofa was dirty (there were hairs and nails), one of the dining chairs was also dirty, the linen had stains. If they worked on this, everything would be impeccable! Also, one of the curtains in the bedroom was unhooked and was hanging on only one peg, but we repaired it.

- vo veľkých skriniach na oblečenie v obyvacke su saponáty a bordel, smeti, špina, vlasy, bez poličiek- nemali sme si kde ulozit oblecenie / museli sme si ich najskor poumyvat - dvierka na skrinke pod televízor a komode v spalni sa rozpadávajú - doplnky poobíjané a vankúše a deky smrdia/ esteze si nosim svoje vankúšiky - TV v spalni a ventilator v kupelni s WC sú nefunkčné - rano Vas zobúdza buchot zo stavebných prác a strojov pod balkonom - el. rura špinavá - v spálni posteľné obliečky strašné a plachta len položená - v kupelni ziadne sprchovacie mydla a nemate ich ani kde položiť - trezor zapratany v skrini na zemi žehličkou, smradľavymi dekami a vankúšmi - ešte sme v horšom apartmane neboli a to sme prešli skoro pol sveta - sa čudujem majiteľovi, že nevymení upratovačku a hned by to bolo lepšie - a taktiež píšete, že tam bolo čisto - sú to zavádzajúce referencie/ čistota vyzerá úplne ináč
