Fabio was super helpful and the location couldn't have been better. Room had a great view and having the little kitchen area was nice as well.
We liked everything but were surprised by no TV. It ended up being fine without it, and it's not a complaint, just something that was a surprise.

Sehr zentral, gute Kommunikation, tolles Frühstück, Ruhe (kein TV) und Ausblick in Richtung Meer, Menge an Mauerseglern war überraschend groß.
Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug. Dies war bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich. Parkplatzsituation ist generell auch in der Zwischensaison verbesserungswürdig. (rel. hohe Kosten, unbewacht vs. rel. weite Wege zu unbewachtem freien Parkplatz). Das liegt aber nicht im Ermessen des Vermieters sondern ist dem Ort incl. Touristikverband geschuldet

Bell'appartamento in centro a Castagneto Carducci, molto spazioso, piccola cucina ben attrezzata, letto matrimoniale molto comodo e letto singolo, ampio bagno. Nonostante i ristoranti e locali in zona, la sera è molto silenzioso. Lì vicino ci sono bar dove fare la prima colazione.
Dato che si trova nel centro storico, occorre fare attenzione agli orari della ztl
