Paradise Found!!! This spacious waterfront open concept 3 bedroom/ 3 full bath ranch is located on a canal and within two blocks of the breath-taking white sands of tigertail beach! As you walk through the front door, you will enter the large beachy living room with cozy leather couches, a flat screen TV, and a great view of the pool /canal with the infinity doors which makes this a great indoor/outdoor space. You will then walk into the open stylish gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, informal island seating for 4, stainless steel appliances, and great sight lines to the family/dining room and pool through the pass through. The kitchen is fully equipped and great for the chef that loves to entertain or be entertained! Located on the other side of the kitchen is a more formal dining area and a smaller family room which has a large flat screen tv with a surround sound system and with a couch with lounger.
Want to watch the game from the refreshing salt water pool? Just open the infinity doors and never miss a minute of the big game. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet, infinity doors to the pool, and an attached bath with dual sinks, a vanity, and a spa like stand-up shower. The other guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a flat screen TV, and a full bath with a huge shower just across the hall. The third guest bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed(trundle) with plenty of storage. This room is located beside a bathroom with a shower-tub combo.

This house is wonderful and stocked with everything you need - dish soap, laundry soap, pool towels, pool floats, sand toys for the kids, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon. The pool area is fantastic with a beautiful canal view. Our first trip to Marco Island and we learned we had to drive to the beach from this northern location. Tigertail is a long walk. South Marco Beach was our favorite and a 9 minute drive.

We had an amazing time! This home is beautiful in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The house was stocked with toiletries, soaps, laundry detergent, and almost everything you need! The pool area was great and kayaks/paddle boards are there to use in the canal behind the house. We see dolphins while kayaking!Lori was a great host, super responsive, and told us everything we needed to know. Can’t wait to go back!

The location is very close to Tiger Tail Beach. Bikes, umbrellas, beach towels and pretty much everything you need are supplied; which is great when traveling. The home was spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need. The pool was very large and clean. The owners are top notch when communicating. We have been to Marco a few times, but this definitely left a special place in our hearts!
