Close to the beach. Clean. Cozy. Great terase to enjoy the afternoons and equipped with a barbecue. Great place.

The fact that it's missing the air-conditioning. I thing an investment of 800 Euros can realy bring up the value of the appartment and a lot more for the confort of the visitors. Also, If you have to sleep on the couch in the living room, prepare yourself to enjoy a good back pain. Maybe it's just me, but a good extensible couch could bring value also. There are 2 single beds at the mezzanine but 3 years ago I slept there and got myself a head bump due to the fact I woke up one night and forgot where I was... Also, 3 years ago the property holder leaved some little things for us on arrival ( a homemade cake and a bottle of water in the fridge). Some small details but made the day, because after driving 800 km, that small detail felt very nice. We felt appreciated and gave 10/10 stars and a very good comment in spite of the couch and air-conditioning. But don't worry, that was only my high expectations. The place IS GREAT!!! It comes with a parking place inside the courtyard. A very tight parking place, but it safer that way.

The location is perfect. The appartment is on the second floor (last floor). You can see the sea from the balcony and the residence is quiet and the lady who gave us the keys was great. Gave us a lot of tips and triks for our holyday. Also the appartment is renovated so everything is new. You have all the commodities from home, al the tools for cooking. Especially if you have kids, and if you need to cook, it is great. It's actually 3 minutes from the beach. There is a market everyday in the town center until 1pm from where you can buy your groceries or even prepared food(that is great. The town center is at about 15 minutes of walking. Also on the balcony you have a grill that you can use. With all the tools you need for that of course :-) It was a very nice experience, we fekt just like home!

The second bedroom is upstairs and it's actualy a chamber made on the remaining space on top, between the first chamber and the roof. If you are a little tipsy from a few beers and you have a sunburn on your back, it would be a little difficult to go to bed. That's not such a big of a deal but...anyways:-)
