Situated on the ground floor in a secure residence with an indoor swimming pool, the studio can accommodate up to two guests. Ideal for a romantic break or a holiday with friends, it offers all the comforts you need for a getaway on the Mediterranean coast: a living area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower room and a small outdoor area where you can enjoy breakfast al fresco! The beach is right on your doorstep, accessible from the entrance via a small private path.
The accommodation:
This ground-floor studio, with a floor area of 30m², can accommodate up to two people.
You’ll have access to:
- A main room furnished with a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV and air conditioning.
- A functional kitchenette equipped with a microwave, Senseo coffee machine, fridge, electric hobs, crockery, etc.
- A bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
For babies: A high chair and travel cot are available on request.
Facilities: Iron and ironing board (on request).
Outside:
- A small table for enjoying coffee al fresco on a lovely wooden terrace (shared outdoor area)
In the residence:
- Access to the communal indoor swimming pool, heated all year round, and its terrace with sea views.
- Access to the beach via a small private path equipped with an outdoor shower.
- A parking space is available, complete with an electric vehicle charging point.
Neighbourhood:
Boasting an exceptional location, this flat is situated in Le Grau d’Agde within a private residential complex with direct access to the beach.
A 5–10-minute drive from the port of Cap d’Agde with its restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours, shops and the Ferris wheel… as well as the Île des Loisirs, Luna Park and its nightclubs.
This location is ideal for a wonderful holiday.
