Everything. The owners put so much attention to everything. The cabin was cozy and comfortable and the views were incredible. And, the food cooked each day was absolutely delicious. We also had a few personal issues come up while we were there and the owners were quick to help us with whatever we needed. We felt well taken care of.

Pepa is the quintessential hostess, she is kind and available and helps with any necessity. She is an amazing chef! I had the most beautifully presented, delectable, sumptuous, remarkable vegetarian dishes ever. Hands down the best food, with many ingredients straight from her organic garden. The home is uniquely beautiful and comfortable, lots of coordinated color and art and different cozy spaces to enjoy, inside and outside. All deco and art (and the B&B) was the creation of her artists parents and herself. While I there for 9 days Pepa took me on three excursions close by: an animal reserve that rescues trafficked animals (Bioparque La Reserva), a very interesting butterfly / insect / farm animal farm (Parque Monarca), and a salt mine (Nemocón Salt Mine). And there are many other places for hiking, for shopping and of course everything to do in Bogota which is just 1.5 hours away. One more plus that's important to many of us is they use solar as their source of electricity and are working on biofuel technology to replace their liquid gas needs. All trash and waste is recycled too.

A bit cold in the room in the morning but cozy sleeping with all the blankets needed. A minor thing compared to ALL the pluses.
