Everthing look nice and beautiful , all the electriction funcion well
The never inform us about the kitchen , that kitchen cannot be used because no gas at all

The view, the coolness, the area although a bit quiet on weekdays but it was maintained very clean by the management.
The sunrise view & starry nightsky is beautiful. Love the large balcony. Super refreshing!
Water heater is not that hot.

Security guard not in the main door, I’m waiting with my family and also thing that I bought in twenty minutes.. When security arrived, he scold at me and say he eating and had to to come here to open the door.. By the way the main door lock with access card, access card in post box inside the appartment.. So in the fisrt time security must be opened for you.. Just that, the appartment is nice and cheaper, I will repeat again in another time.. Thanks 🫰

The location if very good, with a walk distance to pasar malam and many restaurants nearby
One of the toilet light is too dim elderly almost trip and the car park quite dark no open light at noon
