You will love this DIRECT oceanfront condo! Walk out the door and be on the beach in 30 seconds, while others are still waiting for the elevator. This corner unit with a large wrap around porch offers amazing ocean views from the master bedroom, living room and even the kitchen! Totally renovated and updated condo with all new flooring, furniture, mattresses/bedding, air conditioner and 50 gallon hot water heater. New 50" Smart HDTV in living room, 36" Smart TV in the Master bedroom and a 32" Smart HDTV in guest bedroom, all with DVR....just bring your Nextflix log in information. This condo is walking distance to downtown Cocoa Beach where you will find many bars, restaurants and shops.

The owners were very responsive to my requests. The condo is in a good location and being on the ground floor was perfect. Beautifully decorated!

We took a month long trip this year. The condo was well stocked, well furnished, well organized, and super convenient all around. Our stay was so comfortable and relaxing. Beach was beautiful and just steps away. We also watched SpaceX launches from the back yard. Would definitely do this again.

We had a wonderful time. Easy access to the beach and pool. Condo was clean and had attractive decorations. Made us feel right at home. Also Angie was very helpful with check in and any questions we had while we were there.
