This isn’t really a hotel it’s rooms rented and a main house is the reception. The rooms are nice to sleep and comfortable and the owner was extremely nice. The parking is small but functional. Main staff is a bit distracted.

Opción de emergencia, cumple pero no es comodo

Servicio amable.

Demasiada luz natural entra en la habitación por las mañanas, la ventana tiene black out, pero la puerta no. Y es de cristal de igual manera, muy incómodo y no permite descansar.. Las puertas, al parecer en general están desniveladas y arrastran, lo cual genera mucho ruido todo el tiempo y en las demás habitaciones. No había un cancelo ni una cortina en el baño, lo cual genera mucho caos.

Acogedor hotel a la entrada de Cuetzalan.

El hotel es pequeño pero es muy cómodo. El personal fue muy amable. Las habitaciones muy limpias y en excelentes condiciones. Es calientito. Muy buena opción para regresar.

El único "inconveniente" por llamarlo de alguna manera es que no está cerca del centro pero puedes llegar en taxi.

Hotel cumplidor, agradable y a buen precio.

El personal muy amable y servicial, todos siempre dispuestos a ayudar. El hotel muy limpio aunque un poco lejos del centro si vas caminando. Con un estacionamiento amplio.

Que la habitación tiene un olor persistente a humedad y que no hay algún mueble, percha o espacio dónde colgar la ropa, seca o mojada (si se visitan las cascadas o grutas, sí o sí regresas con ropa empapada). Mi esposa e hija se quejaron de las almohadas muy duras.

La atención de todo el personal del hotel fue fantástica, lo que buscas en este tipo de establecimientos es la atención al cliente, sentirte como en casa y este hotel cumple con todo lo que buscas para que tu visita a Cuetzalan sea de lo mejor. Ampliamente recomendable.

Muy caro para lo que ofrecen

La verdad no hay algo que señalar que me haya agradado

Tardamos en localizar a alguien que nos recibiera, no hay ningún tipo de señalamiento que indique dónde es el hotel (no se ve desde la calle), pedimos cambio de habitaciones al 1er piso y que no estaban limpias, se ve descuidado el lugar. El precio se me hace demasiado elevado para lo que ofrecen
