Spectacular view

We paid a bit more for the view from the king and the view was indeed spectacular. We could even watch the voladores! The bed was very comfortable, the courtyard very pretty, and the staff friendly. Just minutes downhill to the central plaza and close to several restaurants. Contrary to some reviews, our WiFi was strong.

Water pressure was poor and hot water unreliable. Our sink had several cracks through the basin.

Overrated

Very well located, beautiful patio, and friendly staff.

The room is small and not maintained well: there are several uncovered screw holes on the wall and paint coming out. Also, the room has no curtains to make it dark to sleep. Finally, we experienced multiple hour-long blackouts because of maintenance they were performing.

Quaint and charming hotel for those not using technology, traveling by car or sensitive to noise.

The location of the hotel is great, and I enjoyed the view of the town from the room which was exactly as described in the booking. The bed was of good quality and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the cleaning was excellent.

The parking is very far away and up a steep hill. If you have any mobility issues and need parking this is not the hotel for you. The WiFI was awful ... they need to invest in a basic mesh network that will cover all the rooms. The TV was very poor quality and unnecessarily difficult to use. The room was a little warm the first day and the fan while helpful was unnecessarily noisy. If you are sensitive to noise at all, this is *not* the hotel for you. The should consider improving the security of the windows that face west. The roof is immediately below and provides easy access to the room. A basic in-room safe would also be a good addition.

The only bad thing is that the electricity goes out but that’s in the entire town not just the hotel.

La ubicación es inigualable así como la vista directa a la iglesia y a los voladores. A unas cuadras del atrio de la iglesia.

La cama y las almohadas fueron un poco incómodas (inestables, sin forma), había zonas con humedad y el lavabo estaba roto aunque no quitaba la función.

La ubicacion a unas calles de Zocalo Centro, el Personal es muy amable orientado al servicio.

Solo una observación de las instalaciones, la limpieza de los baños puede mejorrar, huele mucho a Humedad, el Estacionamiento esta a 2 calles, deberian decirlo en la descripción del Hotel

Me gustó mucho el hotel está súper cerca del centro y tiene un café a un costado, las habitaciones están un poco reducidas.

Que los cuartos solo tienen una cobija muy delgada y una sábana

Increíble experiencia

El lugar está súper bonito, la gente es muy muy amable, siempre atentos a lo que necesitamos. La habitación muy bonita, con una vista hermosa del pueblo, todo súper limpio. Regresaría sin duda.
