Great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants

Great location right in the centre. Good sea view. Modern facilities although more plug sockets & fixtures would be welcome

Car elevator for car park is very scary for large cars. Very claustrophobic. We were terrified of damaging our classic car which only just fit. Its very stressful as doors will only close if you are correctly postioned. We were totally unaware of this. Be careful if you have a large car.

Excellent views in a great location for the town.

The apartment was attractively decorated in a modern style in an excellent location with a very spacious terrace and great views of the beach.

Bed was a little uncomfortable with low quality duvet and pillows. The arrangement of the toilet in the bathroom was a bit cramped. Disappointed not to have any welcoming basket, very little tea and coffee and only half a toilet roll!

The position of the property is perfect: close to the centre of Moraira and close to the beach.

The parking that comes with the unit is not suitable for large cars.

The apartment best aspect is it placement next to beach and amenities.

We liked the terrace the location right next to the beach and restaurants. The bed was comfortable as was the numerous comfortable chairs placed properly throughout the apartment. Having a private car park which kept car out of hot sun.

The dishwasher alarm going off and not being able to shut it up on first night. Problem was addressed the following mourning.

Perfect located apartment for a beach vacation for 2 people.

Nice one bedroom apartment with an exceptionally beautiful view over the beach, coastline and the mountains.The location is perfect. Only 50 meters from the beach and lots of restaurants, shops and supermarkets within very close walking distance. The apartment is nicely light decorated. During our stay the warm water boiler broke down. Bad luck and with one call to the host it was fixed the same day.

There were only 1 small and 1 big bathroom towel and 1 small beach towel per person available. We booked it for 12 days so that was a bit poor. Also no extra bedsheets available, so we needed to use the washing machine several times. Our daughter came over for a view nights so we used the sleeping sofa. The sleeping sofa was hard to sleep on and since there were no extra bed sheets we need to improvise. We asked Laura, who handed over the keys, about the parking possibilities in the garage below the complex. But see mentioned that we could not park there. (While mentioned in the info on Booking that parking was available) So we parked on the public parking place. This was not really a problem since it is not busy during this time of the year, but it will be during summer season. Later we found out that the parking space was empty and we had the keys to enter the garage. So private parking was available after all. Strange that Laura said that it wasn't. (we didn't use it after all)

Flat in Moraira

excellent location very close to beach ,restaurants ,shops. Good parking in basement and street .The view from balcony was exceptional

the linen could do with an upgrade. spotlessly clean but of poor quality. bathroom- a towel rail ,accessible hooks needed. also a shower caddy for amenities, nowhere to put shower gel etc TV no ability to connect to Englush TV Netflix etc instructions on refuse disposal ,appliances etc would be helpful

They got the small things right and the Big things Perfect!

The Owners obviously take great pride in being fantastic hosts even though you never actually meet them, A really nice friend of theirs met us on time showed us through the apartment and it's functions and left us to enjoy our holiday, We Do think the hosts really had thought of everything..The location is superb and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend and re book, considering it's location on the edge of a bustling town it's very quiet with a wonderful unobstructed view of the beach and coast. Good Air conditioning,Ceiling fans,Large screen Smart TV with access to Netflix and video channels, comfy good sized bed,fresh clean bedding and towels even a set for the beach, small welcome packs for the bathroom kitchen dishwasher and laundry..They got the little things right and the big things perfect, I know Access is can be very important Ramps inside the lobby and a (small) lift to all floors make it very wheelchair friendly as is most of the small town centre.

There isn't anything I would say we didn't like, I'm posting this for more information rather than dislike There are Restaurants on the ground floor and bars close by..The music if any is low the chatter from the bars quite ambient and by 11.30 most are closing or at least winding down for the night. I wouldn't say this would disturb anyone as the glazing is good the music low and sleeping rooms well placed at the rear of the property.. Parking is fantastic currently there is free parking on all sides of the block and an underground car park should you need it.. be advised access to the parking lot is via a lift into which you drive. One Bedroom one bathroom make it an ideal getaway for Couples.

Moraira is a beautiful place and this apartment is in a great place. I would definitely come back.

The apartment was very clean and fresh. Apartment was very accessible with a lift. Plenty of bars and restaurants on our doorstep and the beach a stones throw away.

There was no major problems with the property, but if I was to say there was no soap holder in the shower or there was no English tv I would be being picky.

A lovely apartment but why only one towel and toilet roll ?

lovely clean modern apartment with great views of the sea. The balcony and lounge were particularly good. It was very quiet at night and close to all the bars and restaurants. The apartment was well equipped with cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

We were disappointed that there was no English TV at all. The bathroom was pokey with no towel rails. We were only given one towel for the week ( apart from 2 small hand towels ) and just one toilet roll for the week.

Great start until whole area was shutdown due to Coronavirus .

Apartment very contemporary and comfortable. Well presented and good space. Great balcony furnished well and fantastic views. Due to the Coronavirus the area was in lockdown for most of our holiday so a bit of a disaster. Whilst I appreciate the unusual nature of the time I did expect some clean bedding and towels even if delivered for us to change. Other than that a great apartment and location.
