This extraordinary gulf front unit will check every box on your vacation dream home list: beachfront access, a gulf facing pool, a bathroom for every bedroom, top of the line appliances, beachy decor, and plenty of space for your entire group.
Villa Burago 1 is the bottom level of a newly constructed mega-mansion style condo building. A giant open floor plan features wide windows and doors that open up to a pool and beach facing patio. The chef of the family will love the kitchen as it is fully equipped with Wolf Sub Zero appliances which include a wide refrigerator- freezer, a separate ice maker, a professional 48” Wolf gas range, and a double oven. Six burners and a griddle provide enough room to cook for the entire family at once. There is room to dine either at the formal dining table with shimmering gulf views, or at the marble countertop bar. Five bedrooms and five bathrooms are spread among this one level unit. Three King beds, one Queen bed, and two Full-size bunks offer sleeping arrangements for up to 16 lucky guests. Each bedroom is set up with freshly laundered linens, tasteful decor, and a TV as well.
Soak up the sun and sip on a cocktail by your shared pool that faces the beautiful beach. Plenty of pool furniture including tables, chairs, and loungers await your use. Have a backyard barbecue and grill burgers and hot dogs while splashing around in the refreshing pool water. The best part? The beach access is just off of the back patio a few steps away. You will be able to sink your toes in the soft white sand in no time.

It was perfect having the ground floor with all the kids there the pool was a must. walking distance to our beach chairs was super easy with 14 people staying. The common area and the kitchen was amazing to have all the family in the same area at one time. Everything was clean and we were very pleased can’t wait to do it again
