Really liked the condo, the location, views and the pool. Clean and updated bedrooms, living area and bathrooms. Master king bed needs some attention, was comfortable but bed frame squeaked terribly. Kitchen needs updating, cabinets were falling apart and appliances looked old but we did not use. Checkin and checkout process were more difficult than other condo rentals I've used because we had to go out of our way to the mgmt company office in another part of Mrytle Beach to check in and pick up the passes/key and then again to drop off. Also, mgmt company is not open on weekends so was not easily available for questions.

Everything went well. Location is great.friendly people and staff.Maintenance reacted quickly next day when I mentioned a broke glass fan. The only thing I didn't like it is cleanness out side unit and building with a lot of mosquitos and roaches appeared at night. it may need to call Ecolab or Terminix.

Really liked our location ... extremely close to both pools ... however we were on the third floor ( stairs only ) so , that got tiring climbing up three floors .... Living dining room very nice ... kitchen cupboards need a facelift ( peeling ) pots & pans in poor condition ... this is an important detail for me , since , I do cook some of the meals on vacation .... Beds could have been more comfortable as well
