About this apartment rental
This is a two bedroom, two bath condo,Sleeps 4 easily and possibly 5 or 6 with a fold out couch, but please carefully consider if the sleeping arrangements will work for your group. It's on the first floor and takes in stunning views of the intracoastal waterway. Walk out the back door of the screened porch and take a few steps to the lighted walking path, observation pier, and boat/fishing dock. It's located in the gated community of waterway Village and has both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis court, pickle ball, a putting green and 24 hours security. It has an updated look throughout, tv's in the living room/dinning room and bedrooms.The screened porch have a ceiling fan and tons of natural light. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, views of the waterway, and a private bathroom with shower/tub combo.the second bedroom is located at the front of the unit with a ceiling fan, closet and shared bathroom. This condo is next the a golf course, minutes from broadway at the beach, the airport, highway31 with fast access to north and south strand , groceries and the beaches.

A great place to stay while in the Myrtle Beach area! Centrally located so that anywhere you need to go is an easy drive. The views of the intracoastal waterway are wonderful and we really enjoyed looking out for boats. The condo complex is secured by a gate and was peaceful and quiet throughout our stay. My daughter enjoyed the pool while we were there and there is a wonderful dock to walk out over the water. The condo is well furnished and supplied and very comfortable. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Our host was awesome. Flexible responsive and accommodating. We have stayed at this property at other units in the past and they don’t compare to this one. Clean unit with everything we needed. Highly recommend this unit .
