The location is good. It is in a calm place and just walking distance from restaurants, shops and bus stop. Buses from airport stops in the Care Hospital Banjara hill stop and it is in walking distance. There is a hall and common kitchen and few utensils are available. A RO water purifier also available.
The owner MR. Mayur is a wonderful guy. very helpful person.
Adding a chair inside room, provide a good shelf for clothes, handwashing liquid / soap and a good towel will be very good if provided. toilette and bathroom is average but good.

Fantastic host who answered every question rapidly and was good company and very helpful. Lovely big apartment. Fully equipped kitchen.
Easy to get around by tuk tuk metro or taxi to all the sites.

Ambience and Quiet location
Not much of clean vessels for cooking. The kitchen cupboards were broken and I ended up opening a dirty one thinking that there would be vessels for me to prepare some food. That embarrassed.

Location was good, room was big with a good hot shower
Bathroom was not very clean.The kitchen area wasn't very clean and the bed wasn't very comfortable. On Booking.com it is advertised as a Hotel room, when in reality it is an apartment which multiple room occupancy
