LANDMARK 81 Condotel Garden Bay

What I liked most about the property was its convenience and location! It’s close to so many shopping areas, restaurants, and food options, which was one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. The staff were also very responsive and helpful. They clean the apartment whenever you request it, and bath towels are replaced once a day, which was really convenient during my stay.

The pictures were very misleading. I expected to stay in a nice, well-maintained apartment, so I was very disappointed when I arrived and found that the actual apartment looked much older and different from what was shown in the pictures. I expressed my concerns to the staff, and they were kind enough to show me four other apartments in the building. I chose the one that appeared to be the cleanest and nicest of the options I was shown. However, in the middle of my stay, I found German cockroaches in the bathroom, which was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. The staff did purchase insecticide spray for me, which I appreciated, and I used it whenever I saw a cockroach. However, I had hoped the manager would offer to move me to another property or provide another solution. Instead, I was advised to try to keep the doors closed to prevent them from coming in. I found this frustrating because I had almost no food in the apartment and was rarely there, so I did not believe the issue was related to food being left out or the balcony doors being open. I suspected they may have been coming through the plumbing/sewer system or from another apartment.

It was quite and close to every thing you need shopping centre great food and land mark 81 on your doorstep

I liked the hotel and the see thru elevator. I also liked that the hotel was next to the shopping mall and had good size pools.

I liked the size of the apartment.
