About this apartment rental

Sea view from all rooms and white sand beach at the foot of the residence.
Magnificent T2 feet in the water including an equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom and a bathroom with wc.
Very large terrace facing south west with a breathtaking view.
The apartment is on the 1st floor with independent access, 1 reserved parking space and a bicycle storage room.
The amenities are 7 minutes by car to the village of Plomodiern.
The Crozon peninsula offers you magical landscapes and very beautiful hikes. Plomodiern has the advantage of being in a central location to radiate from south to north of Finistère.

Short stays of 3 nights allowed except in July and August

We loved sitting in this rental's living room and looking out at the sea. The beach across the road was wonderful walking. The rental is also located in a part of Finistere from where it is relatively easy to drive to Crozon or Pointe du Raz or Locronon, or other sites in Finistere.The kitchen was well-equipped, the bathroom spacious.

Lovely clean apartment - excellent location

The apartment is in an excellent corner apartment overlooking the beautiful Lestrevet Beach - the view is fantastic. I would highly recommend. Internally, we found it to be clean and very well appointed - with modern and new furniture and fittings. Karine and her family were very welcoming - and were easily contactable and responsive during the holiday when we had connectivity issues with the Internet. (It should be noted that the internet speed here is quite slow - and should not be relied upon for more surfing eg Netflix was impossible). I would go back again in a heartbeat. Enjoy!! Julie & Mark

Das Apartment ist perfekt. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden, was für einen erholsamen Urlaub gebraucht wird. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, alles ist sehr sauber und der Ausblick auf das Meer ist unglaublich schön. Karine hat die Zufahrt sehr gut beschrieben, es war leicht zu finden. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße und Danke schön.

Nous avons passés un excellent week-end dans cette maison. Le cadre est idéal, dépaysement garanti. Vue magnifique de la terrasse (pour admirer les coucher de soleil). Côté équipement tout est très complet. Nous étions 2 avec 2 enfants et nous n’avons manqué de rien. Encore merci à Karine pour la qualité du logement proposé, et pour la petite attention à notre arrivée. UNE ADRESSE A GARDER :-)

La vue toujours changeante avec les marées et le temps sur cette grande plage et la baie de Douarnenez est bien sûr le gros point fort de ce charmant appartement dans lequel on se sent tout de suite à l'aise. Tout a déjà été dit dans les précédentes appréciations et je le confirme : accès indépendant, au premier étage (intimité garantie, par rapport aux logements en rez de parking), très clair, très propre, moderne, de bon goût, très bien équipé (vaisselle électro-ménager, mobilier...) bien agencé et fonctionnel, jolie salle d'eau, terrasse en angle d'où on ne se lasse pas de contempler la plage et les pointes rocheuses, avec ses multiples activités et ses nuées d'oiseaux de mer, tout est parfait.... On voit la mer de toutes les fenêtres, l'isolation phonique est excellente, tant extérieure qu'intérieure, mais l'endroit est très calme (nous avons séjourné fin septembre, c'est probablement plus animé en juillet-août). Les commerces sont à Plomodiern (moins de 5 km, moins de 10 minutes en voiture), et dans un rayon de moins de 50 km, il y a énormément de centres d'intérêts (proposés dans le livret d'accueil). Et puis il suffit de traverser la petite route pour être tout de suite sur cette immense plage au sable lisse et ferme sur laquelle nous avons fait quotidiennement une délassante marche les pieds dans l'eau, en regardant les oiseaux peu farouches, les chars à voile et les surfeurs. Nous avons même visité la miellerie des propriétaires à Huelgoat, où nous avons dégusté et fait le plein de miels rares et savoureux. Enfin ne manquez pas le meilleur kouign-amann de toute la Bretagne à Douarnenez, son berceau de naissance. Encore merci, Karine, pour cet excellent séjour. Jean-Louis et Anne-Marie.

Mooi en proper appartement, zoals op de foto's. Zeer goed geïsoleerd ook, geen burenlawaai. Uitstekend bed. Uitzicht is top. Hadden wel iets minder geluk met het weer (wind, regen), dus niet ten volle kunnen genieten van het ruime terras.

Wir fanden eine Wohnung vor, die dem Onlineversprechen in nichts nachstand. Saubere, komplett eingerichtete Wohnung, mit einem tollen Ausblick aus allen Fenstern und von der Terrasse, auf einen großzügigen Strand, begleitet von Klippen, der vom Aufstehen bis zum Sonnenuntergang jeden Tag neu begeisterte.

Wir sind von Karine sehr herzlich mit einem kleinen Präsentkorb empfangen worden. Auch im Vorfeld war sie immer sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst liegt traumhaft. Man muss nur einen Schritt vor die Tür setzen und ist am wunderschönen Plage de l'Estrevet. Selbigen sieht man natürlich auch uneingeschränkt von der Terrasse aus, was wir sehr genossen haben und dort sehr schöne Abende verbracht haben. Die FeWo selbst ist gut ausgestattet, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Selbst Kaffeepads, Gewürze, Waschmittel und Co. waren vorhanden, sodass man auch, wenn man selbst zu Hause was vergessen hat, erstmal gut versorgt ist. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf unseren nächsten Bretagne Urlaub und kommen gerne in diese FeWo zurück.

Tous les ingrédients pour passer d'excellentes vacances, très bon accueil de Karine, appartement convivial, fonctionnel et très propre, situé en angle bénéficiant d'un ensoleillement toute la journée, grande terrasse avec vue exceptionnelle sur l'immense plage de LESTREVET. La région est magnifique, belles ballades sur la côte bretonne ainsi que l'intérieur des terres : parc d'Armorique, mont St Michel de Brasparts, Huelgoat et son "chaos", Quimper... bref que du bonheur si vous venez une fois vous reviendrez c'est certain, pour nous qui avons séjourné de nombreuses fois dans cette région, cet appartement est le plus agréable de tous avec une situation exceptionnelle et en prime la gentillesse de Karine et Christophe.
