One bedroom (one double bed 140 x 190 cm) and two bedrooms (two single beds 90 x 190 cm each), a bathroom with a washing machine, a separate toilet, and an office. Electric heating.
Enclosed 300 m² garden with children's play equipment, a 25 m² terrace, and a 100 m² enclosed courtyard.
Any excessive consumption (above 25°C) may be charged.
For bookings of up to four people, a €40 discount applies.
On-site: chickens, rabbits, and a goat. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, Yvette and Maurice welcome you to this former farm building, fully restored and renovated in 2013.
Nearby: hiking trails, Bellême, a designated "Petite Cité de Caractère" (Small Town of Character), and its magnificent forest steeped in legend.
Also nearby are Mortagne, La Perrière, and countless other picturesque towns and villages nestled in the verdant hills, adorned with charming manor houses that bear witness to a rich historical past.
