the location

we stayed there in november and the property didn’t have heating. the radiators were completely cold, we were literally freezing. on top of that, there aren’t even any additional blankets. there were also a lot of spiders, spider webs and there was a house centipede on our wall.

The location is very good, apartments are close to the city center and there are markets and restaurants near it. Our stay was very pleasant, hygiene of the complex was excellent and the staff was more than nice.

Place was decently clean but not impressive.

Whole suite smells on cigarette even the towels. Washroom was clean but run down. Whole suite have seen better days and it is obvious that noone invested in maintenance. Had to call reception on arrival since address in not correct on google map. Reception girl was not helpful and was a bit rude. Wifi never worked during our stay. Location is convinient but extremely loud. Beds are old and worn out. You can feel metal springs. Pictures look way better than actual suite. Will never stay here again.

Nista.

Rezervacija napravljena više od mesec dana unapred, a onda otkaz 15 sati pre dolaska, pred Novu godinu. I to ne zvanično preko Booking-a, već telefonom. Izuzetno neprofesionalno i bez ikakvog poštovanja prema gostima. Komunikacija neljubazna, bez trunke razumevanja za situaciju u koju su me doveli. Apsolutno ne preporučujem.

U onako lijepom apartmanu nema grijanja,tj.ima klima,koja je neispravna, a radijatori hladni. Noćne temperature 3-4 stepena. Znači za dvije noći boravka,smo promrzli. Nikad više.

Lokacija i higijena smeštaja odlična, ali je potrebno malo malo ulaganja u sam prostor da bi užitak bio bolji.

Aprtman je jako lepo i higijenaa odlična. Lokacija odlicna sami centar Bijeljine.

S obzirom da smo bili pre 3 godine u istom apartmanu pa mogu da uporedim sa ranijem dolaskom. Vidi se da nista nije ulozeno u isti do tad, zidovi bi trebalo da se okreče i osveže, ugaona garnitura u dnevnom boravku je spremna za promenu. I pored svega kada se uđe sa polja oseti se da su u apartmanu nekada konzumirane cigarete, nije intezivam miris ali moze da se oseti.
