My husband and I stayed in the villa for 5 nights. The view is amazing, and the furniture is antique.

It’s far from everything.
Make sure you come to the villa with your cooking supplies; as the nearest grocery store is a 10 minute walk away and is very small and doesn't have everything you need, and taxi service is not available if you don't have a car.

The rooms are beautiful, view is gorgeous, grounds are gorgeous.
For this price, one should have reliable hot water. Also, there was no bin ( or anywhere else) to dispose of full trash bags. The third bedroom, which is in a downstairs apartment, is not nearly so nice as the main apartment. Obviously, this set-up would not work for a family with younger children. The owner was also a big difficult to get hold of, not nearly so responsive as the incredible host we had just come from in Bergamo.
