The location was quiet and peaceful, 2 minutes drive from the center of San Teodoro, and the owner was really friendly. The apartment was spacious and clean with a nice little garden. The beaches are wonderful and the city is small but really nice especially at night, we stayed 2 days longer because we enjoyed the place!

The house was clean and the welcome by the cleaning lady (not by the host) was very friendly.
The garden was well maintained.
WIFI was drama. Unfortunately the information on the site is not correct. Location is not great but remote. It says that the closest beach (la Cinta beach) is 1.1 km from the residence. Now it is as the crow flies but there is a large river that runs in front of the house and you have to get around to get to the beach, here you walk 40 minutes to get there and 40 minutes back with beach stuff. To the supermarket you walk 20 min to get there and 20 min back. To the center of the village you walk 25min to get there and 25 min back. This is not indicated on the site. On the site the say that by car it is 3 to 5 minutes but this is not true, it is longer. You definitely need a car. There is been noted on the site that there are great facilities but I do not know which ones they mean by that? I think the washing machine and that is nice to have. The site says that English is spoken, but there is only contact with a sweet lady who does not speak English. The host speaks English but that is only by phone because she is not there. On the site the written that "some" apartments have sea views but there is only one app on the first floor with a little sea view, the rest of the apartments does not. You have either an apartment with terrace or with a balcony
