Excellent stay close to QMC and University

Excellent communication from the host. Well appointed with good facilities including parking. I was a little concerned there may be traffic noise as it is on a busy road but this was not an issue at all. Nice that tea/coffee and many cooking essentials were all provided plus the bonus chocolates-appreciated. There is working space and the wifi is decent.

Really great location and with parking

The location was great, easy access to the city centre, Woolaton Hall, Warhammer World, a shop just a short walk too. It was a large apartment and had parking too. The hosts provided clear instructions and messaged to check we had everything we needed.

The location was great, right between the University and the town centre. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. Daniel was a great host and treated us like old friends, helping us after our flight was delayed and our luggage was lost.

The apartment was clean, in a quiet area and perfect for us (4 people); the bus stop was just in front of the house.

Excellent communication from the host, good location with parking and on bus routes to city centre, good size flat

Nothing really but some of the fixtures and fittings would benefit from an upgrade to stop the accommodation becoming a bit tired (Eg. Replacement plug in bathroom sink)

Lovely place, right at bus stop, lots of places to eat close by. Host very pleasant and responsive

Only suggestion is to add a couple of chairs on lawn in backyard to be able to have coffee outside

Easy, safe parking behind house. Great location in Lenton. opposite a nice park with playground that our 3yo loved. inside very well equipped and comfortable. Host extremely good, giving us all info possible to make our stay go smoothly

Terrific accommodation

Our host was very welcoming and ensured that any needs were attended to promptly. The property was in a great location with lots of transport options and amenities in the area. A lovely Welcome Pack greeted us and our host had lots of ideas for local activities if we wanted them. A bonus when travelling was the included washing machine and dryer.

We had no problems and there was nothing we did not like.

Really comfy king size bed. Nice and warm, parking behind the flat, host communication, very convenient for the university and city with a bus stop right outside. TVs in each room

Its clearly an older building that has been largely modernised. The only thing missing were water glasses!

Lovely stay in homely apartment

Lovely large comfy bed, nice touch to leave welcome goodies, nice furniture and homely set up

Slight issue that shower stand was not attached together properly/broken so had to hold head of shower all of time when using but still worked when doing this. Upon reporting to landlord said would get this fixed immediately (only had 2 night stay so reported upon departure). Landlord very approachable and friendly.

Excellent spacious apartment in a great location

Plenty of space for three adults, large kitchen, large seating area. Great location near Jubilee campus with free parking behind the house. Everything was Covid clean. Good comes with the owner including a free extension to 12 on our leaving day. We enjoyed the park opposite on a very sunny day.

A few extra items such as a baking sheet in the oven would be handy.

A lovely easy place to stay

It’s a brilliant location just outside the city centre so makes it nice and easy to get about. Also a lovely view over the park across the road. Highly recommended!

Only downside I would say is that it might be time for a new sofa and a slight decor update.

Wonderful little home away from home, the hosts went that extra mile to make sure that everything was perfect for our stay. We travel a lot in the business we are in so when we have somewhere that feels like home to stay it really makes a huge difference. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again when we are next in the area!
