Light and airy mountain chalet, Completely detached.
On our way back from our holiday to Italy we were keen to visit this lovely region to take some nice walks and enjoy the beautiful autumn colours. Ferienhaus Bergblick turned out to be the perfect choice for this. This completely detached house, with garage and garden, is an attractive mountain chalet, but then, light and airy! This is especially noticeable in the conservatory, where you can take a lovely sunbath in the autumn sun. And that with an incredible view! Above the fog in the valley, in the sun! Magnificent! The house itself is lovingly furnished, spacious, complete, comfortable and clean. The beds are very good. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower. Despite the first nocturnal frost, the house could be kept warm with the central heating radiators. But for the atmosphere we lit the 'Schwedenofen' in the evening. Contact with the owners went through the booking.com chat, and was warm, fast and easy! Check in and out, via a key safe, couldn't have been easier!
The shower cabin is a bit tight (70cm x70cm), especially because the shower head is mounted at shoulder height. The only toilet is on the ground floor.

Definitely NOT recommended!
Beautiful view!
Impossible to find - no street name, house name or visible number - we drove past the house up and down a very rough & narrow road several times in the dark (and pouring rain!) and only found the place when by chance we came across the people who were supposed to let us in. The stair access from garage was steep and narrow, ditto the main staircase - loo downstairs, so not ideal for visiting during the night! What most disturbed us was that our hosts knew we were travelling from England and would arrive very late - they had not even provided the wherewithal for a cup of coffee - absolutely nothing! Extremely thoughtless. So we went to bed hungry and with only water to drink. We stayed only the one night and then moved out. Very disappointing.
