Mareverde apartment with pools and bar - Fanabe beach

Great apartment, great location lilla wa a excellent host very helpful. Lovely balcony with sun all day. Close to all beaches , bats & restaurants. The apartment had all we needed

The pools were great, they were the main reason for choosing this apartment. It wasnt too busy and we always found sun loungers. Lilia was attentive and helpful with issues. The apartment came loaded with extras like pool toys, books and a beach umbrella. This was a nice touch.

The apartment was smaller than expected with one set of sliding doors going across two rooms. The bedroom door couldn't open to 90° so I repeatedly hit my arm on the handle because Im used to doors that open more. The laminate floor was peeling in places also on the skirting and the bathroom door, there were cracks and even a hole in the plaster on the walls and the big curtains were stained and needed hemming as they were too long and dragged on the floor. The wall by the bed was dirty which was unappealing to sleep near, a headboard would potentially solve this. The duvet for the spare bed was too small for the cover and the double bed came with two single duvets instead of one double duvet. Both of the mattresses were not comfortable. Also the living room ceiling fan didn't work, although there were plug in options. For the price I would have expected the floors under the bed to be clean, the bedding to be nicer, no stains on walls, general better condition of the apartment.

La struttura offre tutti i confort. Nell’appartamento erano presenti giochi per la spiaggia, teli per la spiaggia. Per chi viaggia con bambini è l’ideale! Crema solare e tanto altro. Posizione strategica per visitare. Ci sono numerosi supermercati nelle vicinanze. Tutto perfetto!

La piscina non è riscaldata in inverno nonostante su Booking fosse scritto di sì . Ma non importa perché il mare di Tenerife è stupendo e non serve la piscina! Nelle ore calde della giornata è fattibile fare il bagno anche in piscina di inverno.
