Starting from the communication of Mr. Hany everything was perfect and professional, procedures of payment was very easy, he was very responsive to my questions and very clear We checked-in on time, may be even earlier 1/2 hour, the apartement was clean and comfy with a very nice view to the sea, all living items were available and with good condition
Nothing, everything was perfect as expected as per the value for money, only the thing which is out fo their hands is that the road to the garage of the building needs to be asphalt that would have been perfect

موقع متميز علي البحر مباشرة إطلالة رائعة قريبة من كل ما قد تحتاجه أسواق - المطاعم -بنوك- وسط البلد ومحطة القطار والموقف بالإضافة لأنها مراقبة بكاميرات البنك ووجود كاميرات علي باب الشقة مما يدعو للأمان
الشارع الجانبي والذى به باب العمارة مكسر جدا

Nice sea view and great location, ideal for families.
communication with the owner was difficult—nearly cancelled my reservation. The balcony was unusable due to loud street noise on the 4th floor, and the sun-shaded glass blocked the view. Bed cleanliness was also below expectations.
