Very good location. Easy to get to the historic centre. Very nice staff at reception. The room was clean. Great, cold AC. Hot shower with decent water pressure.
The reception area and common areas are pretty tired and could use a real refresh.

Great location: walking distance to calle 59, old town and Malécon.
Staff were friendly and flexible.
Free parking in front of hotel.
Hotel has seen better days, in need of a bit of renovation. Room and bathroom small for a family of four.
