Welcome to 3BR 2BA Modern Spacious Lake Home 4 Miles to LEGOLAND, a comfortable vacation home located on a peaceful 3-acre lakefront property on Lake Mariam in Winter Haven, Florida.
This listing is for the left-side unit of a duplex. When facing the building from the street, 1724 is the unit on the left. Each unit is separate and private. The shared area guests should expect is the on-site parking area.
The home is a great fit for families, couples, small groups, business travelers, and longer stays. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a full home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, living room, smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and an in-home laundry room with washer and dryer for guest use.

The accommodation at this property was exceptional. It felt safe, and was safe
Parking was great, proximity to dinning and shopping was withing 5 minutes drive, and the location was peaceful and safe.

Close to historic downtown area and city tennis center. Pickleball courts at tennis center. Played PB there. People very nice. Near Legoland. Owners promptly replied to any concerns and took care issues quickly.

What a wonderful place to stay for a couple of nights!! This is THE place to stay if you need lodging within 50 miles of this area. The house was clean, very comfortable, and thought had been given to the little ones with a room full of toys of all kinds. The only critique I have, which may just be me, I think the lights in the master bedroom could be a little brighter. This is the place for Legoland, Peppa Pig world, and all Orlando destinations.
