Very comfortable and spacious apartment, parking on site.

Like all hillside villages, streets are narrow. Small Despar shop in the village, walking distance. Lovely, spacious apartment under the main house. Small sign on the right opposite the driveway is hard to see when concentrating on looking for numbers. Parking on site. Barbara speaks good English and is a great host. Two door fridge/freezer, microwave, glass cooktop, no oven. Handy light in kitchen with switch behind microwave. Fab bathroom and shower, comfy beds, quiet, No foodstuffs so you'll need to bring everything. 30mins to Orisei and 1hr to Plan de GralbaUse the Alpe di Siusi carpark, fraction of the price of others.. I'd stay again certainly.

Very cosy with beautiful mountainview

Barbiano is small nice village with hiking opportunities to Rittner Horn, to Dreikirchen, Wasserfallweg (Barbiano waterfalls). There is Despar food store (open till 18.30 on workdays) and good bakery. We stayed in Haus Hofer groundfloor-apartement for 5 nights. We liked this apartment very much: all we needed were provided, enough space for parking. Kitchen has normal-size refregerator. Apartment is clean and really comfortable, the host is friendly and helpful. Booking.com’s pictures correspond to reality, May be it is useful to know that bedroom, living room and bathroom are all separetely and connected with hall/corridor with tilefloor which may be a little beat cold. If You used to use electric cooking stove You better to ask the host at the checking in how to use the gas coocking stove. There is no hairdryer in the bathroom (but there are electronic scales – what I liked). Haus Hofer is situated on top of the hill – for us who are sporty and looking for mountain hiking it was like benefit but in some other cases it may be difficult. We liked Haus Hofer.

Excellent hosts, very nice rooms, great views and happy stay

This is the first time we got an apartment for 3 with two rooms plus individual shower+toilet. My daughter was especially happy about it. Very comfortable and clean rooms. The view from the rooms' balconies is spectacular, as the house is high up on the mountain. Our hosts are very friendly and helpful. Our trip was delayed and arrived at the apartment at 11pm(!), four hours later than we previous told the hosts. They were very kind and nice to wait for us and gave us all the info we need. We would also like to thank them for their kindness and generosity. Our bottle of wine was shattered in the suitcase and we found out upon arrival. They were extraordinarily kind to put a new bottle on our table the next day before they left town for vacation. We are really grateful for meeting this nice family.

Mooi verblijf voor een korte periode.

Mooi ruim appartement voor maximaal 3 personen, vriendelijke ontvangst , eigenaresse is zakelijk en zoekt weinig tot geen contact.

Ligging, appartement ligt hoog in een dorp, tegen de berg aan, met name de laatste 150 meter gaat steil omhoog met een scherpe haakse bocht die moeilijk is te nemen. wij hadden verwacht dat het appartement buiten het dorp zou liggen. Ook de keuken huisraad is minimaal.
