Cozy, clean, quiet.
An important exception. Room 3, where I stayed, cannot honestly be called private. It has a private bathroom, but the terrace just outside the glass doors is accessible to anyone, and anyone is permitted to use it. Mornings just after seven, it is set up for guests to have breakfast. To be fair, when I expressed my dissatisfaction (and, frankly, shock) to Alberto, he ended the breakfast usage for several days, but on my last morning, seven AM, it was back in use. To me, the language of the description is deceptive. I cannot possibly be the only guest to complain. The room should be made entirely private with its terrace accessible only to its occupants (as terraces off the other units are), or it should be made explicit that the room’s privacy can and will be intermittently compromised.

The pillows were hard and the bed was two singles pushed together to make a double. That made the center of the bed uncomfortable.

Nice, clean room, very central yet quiet location, best breakfast in Sardinia and very helpful and present owner, with vast knowledge of local territory and practical tips about things to do in the region. We appreciated a lot that we could leave our luggage after check out and enjoy carefree our last day on the beach.

The Room was nice and the kitchen was also good. You are not allowed to cook what is ok for that bed and breakfast. All in all it fits well.
The beds are separated and so you have a canyon between you and your partner. 🥹
