1. THE APARTMENT: it looks as on Booking site. It is a spacious and nice apartment with a balcony. The furniture is new and nice. It is on the groundfloor, so carrying your luggage is not a problem.
PARKING: There is a safe parking in front of the apartment. Not too easy to manoeuvre your car out, but it is free and exists.
2. HOST: Very efficient. We had problems, but she reacted in half an hour.
1. CLEANESS: At first glance, all seems shiny and clean, but when you look better it is not that clean. The floor was full of dust and stains (hard to see because of the pattern of the floor tiles). We always have slippers to avoid walking around in shoes, and the soles of the slippers got black, so.....yeah, the cleaner could do a better job.
2. BATHROOM: The sink does not function properly, so the water if you are not careful will overflow. So you have to wait for a while till the water goes down to continue your shower.
3. HEATING: It went wrong as we arrived, though, I must say they reacted immediately and sent a technican, who managed to repair it after a day and a half, which means that we FROZE in the apartment. As it was about 5 C in the morning and rainy during the day, it was very unpleasant to arrive back from the city to a freezing cold place. But again, they were helpful.
4. LOCATION: Do not choose it if you are without a car. It is 7 km from the city centre, though 5 min. walk and you get to the bus stop Line 49, which takes you to the Vatican in 20 min. The Line 46 is about 10 min. walk and takes you to Piazza Venezia, that is city centre. And there is Metro of course. We had no problem with this distance, but for those who do not like walking too much, just to know.
