Riad Ambre et Jasmin

Nadir and colleagues were very friendly and extremely hospitable, generous hosts. The riad is a fine example and beautifully maintained.

The location is off the main streets of the medina - if you use your phone location and maps it is easier to find.

It was a very beautiful, riad, new and really clean. The workers at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I liked the kindness of the staff and willingness to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast was nice on the roof top. When I expressed my disappointment on not having the jacuzzi and the room that I was given, they kindly upgraded me to the bigger and really nice room, even put my name on the bed with rose pedals. And arranged for me to have a free lunch and swim in another riad. That was really nice.

First of all the place was advertised on booking having a jacuzzi on the roof top. Which it turned out not to be the case. The first room I got (2 single bed room) I shared with a friend was okish, but what was really not pleasant is that the toilet was not really private - it had a door but more like hanging door...you could see, hear and 'smell' everything. The shower drainage was bad. The location was not the best and especially the path to the location was a bit scary...I did not feel comfortable walking alone to the Riad, especially in the evening.

Everything was great. We just didn’t have any view on the first floor. The view from the rooftop was good!! The location was great and the staff was the best part. The welcome mint tea made me feel immersed in the culture and
