The apartment its on a perfect location. It has everything to have a good stay. I requested an Ironing and an Umbrela, and the host brought me fast. Everything perfect on this apartment and I will definitely suggest this place to my co-workers that visit Albstadt frequently.

Exceptional
It was just perfect. The appartment was very clean, the bed was really good and the contact was going smoothly. Everything you need is in the appartment to have a good stay. Behind the appartment is a parkinggarage where you can park your car for free in the weekend. The appartement is beautiful decorated, we definitely recommend to stay in this place!

Zuerst schien Herr Schwab ein sehr umgänglicher Gastgeber zu sein, dies ist aber nur Schein
Wir hatten anhand von den Bildern eine Wohnung gebucht, diese hatte den Anschein in den oberen Stockwerken zu liegen. Leider ein Trugschluss.. wir bekamen die Kellerwohnung, die wohl nur notdürftig für Urlauber hergerichtet wurde. Sobald im Haus das Wasser lief sprang eine Pumpe unter der Dusche an um das Wasser abzupumpen, auch Nachts.. die Fenster mussten mit einem großen Vorhang verhangen werden um nicht wie in einem Zoo in der Fußgängerzone dargestellt zu werden. Auf Anfrage der Rückerstattung wurde eingewilligt und wir verließen die Wohnung nach einer Nacht! Die Rückerstattung fehlt bis heute, 10 Wochen nach der Buchung, der nette Herr Schwab meldet sich nun auch nicht mehr. 550 Euro abgezockt für eine Nacht! Grandioses Geschäftsmodell in Albstadt.
