Pleasant stay with easy access to the Black Forest for a day trip.
The apartment was situated a little way out of the main city area so that made car access easy. The host, Jacob, was very pleasant and explained all the facilities to us including how to manage the parking restrictions on the street outside. Access to restaurants in the city was easy and not far away. The reason for our stay was to access the Black Forest area on a day trip and this was a suitable location.
Supermarkets were a little way away - 30 minutes walk or a short drive away.

Sehr enttäuschend
Positiv zu erwähnen sind einzig die vorhandene Waschmaschine und der Geschirrspüler. Wobei die Waschmaschine nur auf 600 Umdrehungen genutzt werden darf und Ewigkeiten Braucht bis sie fertig ist.
Wir reisen als Familie mit Kindern viel und haben bereits zahlreiche Ferienwohnungen im In- und Ausland erlebt – in der Regel mit positiven Erfahrungen. Bei dieser Unterkunft fällt es uns jedoch schwer, etwas Positives hervorzuheben. Schon das Inserat ist irreführend: Die Bilder zeigen beide angebotenen Wohnungen gemischt, sodass man vorab nicht weiß, welche man bekommt. Die Fotos selbst sind zudem offensichtlich veraltet und spiegeln den aktuellen Zustand der Unterkunft keineswegs wider. Auch die Beschreibung ist ungenau – angegeben waren zwei Badezimmer, tatsächlich hatte unsere Wohnung nur ein Bad mit Badewanne und unpraktisch montierter Duschbrause. Für uns war das ein wesentlicher Buchungsgrund, der leider nicht erfüllt wurde. Die Ausstattung ließ stark zu wünschen übrig: Keine Couch, was den Wohnbereich ungemütlich macht. Betten extrem weich, durchgelegen und knarrend – sie wirkten wie billige Kinderbetten und waren die unbequemsten, die wir je in einer Ferienwohnung hatten. Sessel komplett durchgesessen. Ein Fenster im Schlafzimmer konnte abends nicht geöffnet bleiben, da sich darunter der Raucherbereich der anderen Wohnung befindet – der Qualm zog direkt ins Zimmer. Der vorhandene Saugroboter ist de facto nur Dekoration – nach 5 Minuten geht er vermutlich wegen defektem Akku wieder aus. Auch der Zugang zur Wohnung ist für Familien eine Herausforderung: Eine sehr steile Einfahrt, danach noch weitere steile Treppen – mit Kindern oder Gepäck nicht gerade angenehm, und das sollte vorab klar kommuniziert werden. Die Terrasse war im Frühling wenig einladend – wie sie im Sommer aussieht, können wir nicht beurteilen. Am vorletzten Tag fiel uns die Entscheidung, eine Nacht früher abzureisen und stattdessen über Nacht nach Hause zu fahren, erstaunlich leicht – was viel über den Erholungswert dieser Unterkunft aussagt. Fazit: Wir können die zahlreichen positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen.
