Privacy, location and size of the apartment. Host is very nice and willing to help with anything. Even though we were very late our arrival was after check in hours (close to 23:59) it was not a problem at all. We had our own parking in the garage.
Breakfast was little bit on the expensive side (7 eur) bit this is not mandatory and you are not obliged to have it there.

Breakfast was really tasteful and huge. Excellent. We had a nice view to the mountains surrounding the town. The owner was always available but in same time very discreet.
