    Herzegovina Lodges was one of the highlights of our Bosnia road trip. From the moment we arrived, we felt more like family guests than hotel visitors. The owner Mr./ and Mrs. Goratska is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cares about making your stay comfortable. The lodge is exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and blends perfectly with the surrounding nature. It's only a short walk (3 mins) from the crystal-clear Boračko Lake, making it easy to enjoy swimming, kayaking, or simply relaxing by the water. One of the biggest surprises was how affordable the lake activities and services are. The accommodation offers everything needed for a peaceful stay. If you enjoy cooking, there are well-equipped kitchen facilities, while delicious homemade meals can also be arranged upon request. A small supermarket is conveniently located nearby for any essentials. What we appreciated most was the tranquility. Waking up to the sounds of birds, surrounded by mountains and forests, was exactly the retreat we were looking for. We had a wonderful night watching the final of world cup with the neighbor in the garden in a family friendly atmosphere (All the crowd were happy to see Spain winning :) ) If you're looking to disconnect from busy city life and recharge in nature, this is the perfect place. Whether you're a couple seeking a romantic escape, a family looking for quality time together, or simply someone wanting a peaceful retreat, Herzegovina Lodges offers an unforgettable experience. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bosnia.
