⚓ Beach House Details ⚓
This coastal beach house offers rooms full of natural light, a modern coastal kitchen, a spacious living room, an intimate outdoor deck, and a lush grassy yard! The color tones used throughout the home invite the feeling of a classic coastal retreat with subtle nautical influences. A boardwalk to the beach is located just steps away from the home. The home features 5 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a hot/cold outdoor shower. There are 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 full/double bed, and 2 twin beds. To ensure all guests in your group have a comfortable stay, there are no bunk beds in this home. This cozy beach cottage has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests (including children of all ages), we kindly ask that you please be honest about the number of people in your group and do not attempt to stay here if there are more than 8 people (including infant/children of all ages) in your group. The modern coastal kitchen features white shaker dovetail cabinets, white quartz counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen comes equipped with various small kitchen appliances (traditional coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, etc.) and all of the basics you will need throughout your stay (dish-ware, silverware, pots and pans, baking sheets, etc.)! The kitchen connects to the living room and features an eat in kitchen dining table with seating for up to 4. The living room has abundant windows, a 55" inch smart TV, two chairs, and a sectional sofa to ensure that there is seating for up to 8. The house boasts an indoor porch with partial ocean views and dining space for up to 8. The chair on the porch is perfect for reading a book or just relaxing and enjoying the sounds of the ocean waves crashing against the sand after enjoying a long day at the beach. Two mini split air conditioning units are located in the home to help stay cooler on hotter days. There is tandem parking in the driveway available for up to 3 cars, a 55” smart TV with cable & enabled for streaming, WiFi / wireless internet, a Weber gas grill, and a deck complete with solar powered lights. The deck includes: a dining table and 8 dining chairs. The outdoor deck is accessible via the kitchen and outside stairs. There is a large grassy yard and a cornhole set (bags & boards) is provided. The kitchen, living room, and upper level all have hardwood floors that have been refinished and are original to this charming home. The lower level bedrooms and front porch have carpeting. The home's laundry room is complete with washer, dryer, ironing board, and basic laundry supplies. Tower Fans are located in every bedroom and there is a ceiling fan on the front porch. A public boardwalk to the beach is located just steps away from the home, at the corner of Outlook Avenue and Oceanside Drive. There are 3 floors to the home: lower level, main level, and upper level - tenants must be able to climb stairs easily for this home to be a good fit. This home is not accessible for anyone that uses a wheelchair, a walker, a cane, or needs assistance walking due to the stairs / main level of the home being on the second floor.

⚓ What’s Provided⚓
For your convenience, an initial supply/starter amount of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags are provided in the home! A fresh sponge, 2 dish towels, hand soap, and laundry detergent are all provided as well. Beach Chairs and select beach accessories are provided for use during your stay including: 8 Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs, a beach cart /wagon, and children’s beach toys for building sandcastles. A pack and play & a high chair are available as well upon request. Guests may opt for the Linen/Towel Package if they wish for linens and towels to be provided.

⎈ A gentle reminder that guests are required to bring their own linens (bed sheets) and towels (including both bath and beach) unless they opt for the Linen/Towel Package. The bed sizes in the cottage are as follows: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Full/Double, and 2 Twins. The Linen/Towel Package is $250 and includes everything you will need throughout your stay including: bed sheets for every bed, 8 bath towels, 8 washcloths, 8 beach towels, 2 hand towels, and 1 bath mat. Linen/Towel Package Fee can be added to your booking. Answering a commonly asked question: Guests do not need to wash the Linen & Towel Package upon departure.

🐶 This home is a dog friendly property. One well behaved dog under 50 pounds would be permitted with prior approval for an additional fee of $50/night. If you plan on bringing your dog, please inquire with your dog listed in your party or include a note about your dog in your inquiry/booking reservation message. Dog Fee can be paid with booking. Only 1 Dog under 50 pounds is permitted throughout your stay. Breed Restrictions Apply. Kinney Shores is a dog friendly beach. Saco City Code: 64-8 B (1) All dogs should be leashed and under control of their owners at all times from April 1 through September 30 on beaches where piping plovers or least terns are present or have traditionally nested.
