Nice location. Easy parking.
The boiler kept on going off if the thermostat was above 18oC. Even at 18 the boiler stopped working if left on for more than an hour. We reported the issue so hopefully they fixed it before the next people arrived

We liked the location in a farm and with nature
The heaters emit loud noise like a road construction sound. We have to turn it off and bear with the cold environment. This must be fixed immediately. There are some other minor points; install shower curtain in the bath room to prevent water splashing, better (black out) curtain in the east facing rooms, etc
