We really liked our stay at High Park Barn and will definitely return. Really lovely property, especially liked laying in bed in the morning with the patio doors open listening to the birds and peace and quiet of the countryside.
Recommendations would be.... Settee could do with being updated and being bigger. Rocking chair not very comfy, would be best replacing with a small armchair. Clothes airer in need of replacement as its very rusty. Outdoor area is very sparse, could do with some planters and some colour.

Lovely little barn conversion in a quiet rural setting, but very convenient for Tiverton and Cullompton. The property was well equipped and comfortable with a nice outdoor space with patio furniture. Friendly host who lives next door and was on-hand if needed. Coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, cleaning products etc all provided - a welcome bonus.
The shower room was very pleasant but could have benefitted from some shelving on which to place toiletries.

We had some lovely walks around the Uffculme area..which we thoroughly enjoyed.The neighbouring fields had sheep,cows and goats..so felt very rural although still very close to Uffculme itself.A lovely spot.
In comparison to other Sykes properties visited this property inside disappointed.lt was very tired.The rugs were stained and worn as was the duvet which we removed from the cover and stored as it was so warm.A chair had a piece of material draped over large springs..impossible to sit on.The small sofa had seen better days.In all such a shame...it could be made beautiful with more care.
